Statement of Economic Interest

You are required to file a Statement of Economic Interest if you are an elected official or appointed official or local government employee that: authorizes the expenditure of public funds; executes contracts, or; issues licenses and permits.

If you are a candidate seeking public office, you must file a current Statement of Economic Interests with the County Clerk in the same year you file a candidate petition. You must attach a receipt for such filing with your petition.
